Branding packages are typically split into 3 payments:
35% at booking to hold the spot in my calendar
35% due at/by the start of the project (always on a Monday), and
30% on/by the last day of the project (the Friday of the 2nd/3rd week)

I’m fully committed to giving you my best work and full effort on every project! While I can’t guarantee specific results or outcomes, I promise to meet my responsibilities and deliverables to the highest standard. The success of your project depends on us working together effectively. Please note that I require a non-refundable deposit (25% of the project fee) for all bookings. If, for any reason, we’re not the right fit or things don’t work out, I’ll refund any payments made in advance for work that hasn’t been completed.
Can I customize the package or its deliverables?
I’ve carefully curated this package to include what I believe are the most essential deliverables for your brand’s success. While the core deliverables, timeline, and pricing are fixed, I’m happy to discuss potential add-ons. If you’re looking for something extra, we can explore options like a content day or à la carte services to meet your needs.
Do you offer discounts?
My pricing reflects the value of my team's expertise, so I don’t offer traditional discounts. However, I occasionally offer special rates when booking services together or when I have last-minute availability. Returning clients can also enjoy loyalty discounts depending on the specific project.
What are my responsibilities as a client?
Since I operate on a fast-paced, sprint-style process, I ask that you remain actively available for communication throughout the project. Timely feedback and submission of materials are essential to avoid delays in the discovery, drafting, and revision stages. To ensure we’re on the same page, you’ll need to complete all forms and provide the necessary assets on time—this helps me deliver my best work for you!
What do I need to have ready before we start?
For website projects, I’ll need all your content ready—this includes photography, product details, and any copy you can provide. If anything is missing, I’ll use placeholders that you’ll need to replace later. I’ll provide an outline of the website sections and prompts to guide you in creating the copy. For e-commerce brands, having your product descriptions and photos ready will make the process go much smoother.
